Barge can be used to load I O as now there are using it for grain in S.AUST
I know this might be included in the other projects but plan B needs attention urgent.
I O companies are moving fast as the price is good,Geraldton is busy but maybe a chance for a port
Upgrade of resources need doing urgent, and also could be a reason to relist on that project in its own rights
Some B O D members imo sitting on their hands HOPING DING can come good
