Don’t really understand why there are so many mixed views on this announcement.

We are talking deals to become one of the worlds largest lithium producers. It’s important to make sure all the deals are secured on the best terms for shareholders. This includes:

- negotiating offtakes so we have a diverse client base. Potentially including discussing with financing so that risk is lowered and therefore better debt terms are secured.
- equity component will fall into place too. Can easily add on a bit extra to be allocated for operational cashflow.

Nigel seems extremely confident and is trying to spell it out...

This will be mined and they are just sorting the best deals, no point jumping into anything quickly.
