Crimson wanting out is a fact, is it? Nothing I have read states that. It is clear that BYE want a longer term facility in order to leverage their new infrastructure (i.e. drill more) and need a new counterparty to achieve that. It would appear that Crimson don't want to alter the terms any more favourably for BYE, but to say they want out is a bit strong.
