It will have to be some blockage in the pipe line somewhere ,there where 2 big hurricanes at that time .or a contractor staff up ,with all the highly paid engineers surly one will come up with a solution to fix the problem
Any way oil price hit a 12 months high ,and gas is getting up there .the only think ,that had not moved is the s/p
