Oil could be $1000 a barrel and OEL would still be struggling to get past 1c !!! they have simply burnt too many investors large and small which means no one is even remotely interested in this Stock ! Time for it to consolidate its 50 zillion shares as already proposed, and see if that does anything. Hope dies last I suppose !!! E
