I posted on this a few times. I reckon the SP is suppressed purposely, possibly in preparation for a take over. This is only my gut feeling based on long term observations and this is definitely not an investment advice. However, if the above theory is incorrect, I would be curious to hear other people's explanation for this consistent "phenomenon" of SP falls on positive announcements ;-).
