Absolutely agree with you Christopher. This company is a joke.

Quotes: "The Directors have agreed it is in CGB’s best interest to allow Volcan further time to seek to further develop that asset in more favourable conditions to enable Volcan to make the necessary amounts from the asset to make the payment. As the timing of this payment is at present uncertain, it is considered prudent for this amount to be impaired in the financial statements until the payment is able to be made. CGB is actively pursuing the repayment of the debt."

1/ How many years since Volcan can't repay the debt? 9 years from now?
2/ Smart decision do you think that "our" Directors have agreed it is in CGB’s best interest to allow Volcan further time to seek to further develop that asset in more favourable conditions? How much more time do you think Volcan will further need? I suspect forever. It is just a tactic to attract existing investors to stay and new investors to invest. Thinking that the company is "richer" or will be richer than it is currently is when the repayment coming in.
3/ It is good that CGB is actively pursuing the repayment of the debt but please also consider the interest. Without interest, 1.2million will become $1.2 in xxxxx years when it is repaid.

Extra: +3c looks like a small value but it is 6-7 times the SP currently is. How long will it get to +3c? another 10-20 years?. putting +3c to make it appears small. This would keep shareholders thinking that they can get their money back soon. The truth is it can be a very very long time or possibly forever.
