I think it must be Todd not being able to secure "partners".

So that begs the question now, because if Johnston is saying way back in August 2020, that Todd is not able to secure partners, then how come, why didn't they formally notify PIOP Mine Co, and not inform FMS (or did they?), AND why did not FMS inform the ASX??
Also, why didn't the Todd reps on FMS Board inform FMS board??

What exactly is Johnston talking about??

That info would be absolutely material to ASX and FMS' shareholders.
And that was way way back in August 2020 !!!!!
