    On 29 April 2021, the Company entered a trading halt for the purpose of finalising a capital raising.
    Commitments have been received from global institutions and sophisticated investors for $7.0 million
    representing 85,365,854 shares at $0.082 per share. The issue of new shares is expected to be completed
    on or about 10 May 2021.
