@1sharetrader1, not here to have a cheap shot at ASN, rather just comparing MAN's financial performance with similar peers. ASN's $15m credit facility secured by 5m shares, I would have thought it's a risky form of "living on a credit card" way for an exploration company to run the show as we all too well know that there's no guarantees a company will hit the jackpot?
So assume for one minute ASN follows the SP slide of MAN, CPN, and DM1 on the back of *ordinary* drill results, I'm just thinking it would place ASN management in a tough spot covering the credit facility. You'd be looking at a CR raise to pay part of the loan. And of course, if The Bull does come up trumps, shares will need to be issued to pay back the loan.
