some 300k oz of gold with PFS, even at $5 per oz, that's $15m, at 50% discount, that's $7.5m. for the last 12 months, I haven't seen one acquisition that the buyer pays less than $20 per oz. KTA should be happy to buy to save their day.

HPA spins-out would attract more than $5m new capital at least plus shares to PUA holders.

Maybe that's why everyone can see the company has no cash in the tin, but the share price didn't drop.

I found that paragraph in the Quarterly a relief to be honest. The past 12 months they have been consolidating their position as a copper play. Plenty of newsflow coming; finance (potentially as you described), new CEO, drill results, and planned drill exploration for remainder of the year. Still think this is a mid to long hold but expect the SP to be considerably higher by year end. All IMO obviously.
