It bothered me too... I did a bit of hunting... this is what's happening.

It looks like this has been in the works for about a year. They are starting on the ground EM in far north Canada this month... so my guess is it's time they had some boots on the ground. DO is the managing director. So all up I have calmed down... the move is not a reflection on SGQ... imo.
