You need to do your research on how the directors arrived at their large share holdings in the company before you imply that the directors were gifted their share holdings .

Nothing could be further than the truth .

The directors of BYE have bought their holdings with their own money as well as contributed their holdings in their private company in the creation through a reverse take over that formed BYE .

They have supported all the Capital raises most at higher share prices than at the present to the tune of millions of dollars .
Have repeatedly supported the business with loans at 7.5% and later at 10% nearly all of which were converted to share holdings at the same price as CR,s.

They have supported the business through thick and thin .
They believe in the business and are aligned with their share holders like you will very seldom find else where .

To imply they were gifted their share holdings is I think libellous .
