So you can't sell, because the price isn't high enough and selling would scare away the buyers that are there, reducing liquidity. But you won't buy because you want to sell. In which case the share price will say exactly the same.
If there is good news the price will rise (let's say to 17c) and you will slowly bleed your shares off to reduce your exposure. This will mean that the price will fall back to the 13.0c price (the last revenue raise) over the course of a few weeks.
chris6 I think you might be the perfect example of why the share price isn't going up right now.
