There needs to be final locked in detailed design prior to FID - banks, insto's will NOT finance a project (any project) if there is uncertainty on design, cost, tenure etc etc

My view, which I have previously stated, is this will never be financed with the current MD and board but to think that final FID will be achieved this year is absolutely fanciful - Even 2023 with a new MD and board in my view is a stretch because that assumes the CLC, NT enviro department, other government departments (water etc) plus design all get done within the next 12 months. Not going to happen.
