Where's the confidence in Market when new investors upon...

Where's the confidence in Market when new investors upon research find the MD selling off 380,000 TNG shares @ 10.5c on market. I would have thought with the salary our MD is on he wouldn't be short of a few bob ....why sell any shares in your company if you're trying to gain traction in the Market place.
The only positive I can see is new investors keep funding TNGs kitty.
How many more Cap raising's and further dilution lie ahead is anyone's guess.
PB can sell it but has trouble buying it himself....If he can sell 380,000 @ 10.5c what does he really value TNG at???

Personally I'd like him to buy at least few million shares on market and for once put his money where his mouth is.
After all the shares are cheaper now before he commented on how cheap they were two months ago..
