APM thought that discharging massive amounts of waste water into the harbour was no problem, using huge quantities of the City's water supply was of no concern and Smoke Stacks 100m metres high and visible form the City was going to be rubber stamped.
Paul Burton was naive enough to believe this as well.
It doesn't bode well for the relocation and subsequent studies, negotiations and NTEPA discussions that we have the same consultant and MD.
