While I am a shareholder, it is not a high conviction holding for me.

The reason it isn't is because I struggle to better understand of what exactly how the company actually does what it does and how it actually creates its products and services.

I would like to own more shares because, listening to the webcast (along with other previous interactions with management, I get the clear view that they people who run this business are completely on top of all aspects of the business... as one would expect from founders who own much of the equity capital of the company).

So its a case of "I'm not 100% sure what the business really is, but whatever it is, it is exceptionally well run."
