I disagree the coming CR will happen sooner imho. I think it will happen and coincide with any good announcement. It will be a case of making hay while the sun shines plus the overall market is jittery and as we all know raising money while the market in general is on a downer isn't easy for most explorers so they won't wait for this happen.
