    Well thats put a spanner in the works, we will be in dispute with Barton for a decade now. Using the roads flooded now for an excuse, it will only take a week to dry out but now waiting till end of February. All the studies should have been well and truly finished by now and no excuse for not powering on. Dissapointed.
