I emailed JB over the weekend about this and heard back this morning that it is a question of shipping availability and not production volumes - they still have other stocks in inventory [should another ship become available].
As a side note I also asked about if he would consider doing more longer form interviews (for example on Crux Investor) to shed more light on the details rather than just shorter installments on Proactive and he mentioned they are hiring a new IR team who is working on a programme.
