Good contribution mate, my understanding from the street gossip is that some of this has already been implemented and some improvements have been seen. Yes, it has taken too long to have some of these issues sorted out. It would be interesting what the actual reasons for this delay in fixing the problems are. IMO it will take time, but they will eventually get there. So in the meantime, the SP will reflect this failure in operation in the short term.
