It is at name plate but not consistently due to breakdowns and slowdowns. In other words, it is like a batch system. They should abandon it and build a decent line, and leave that small line as a jockey line, at low speed. Insisting on it, will continue to hurt $$$. Already burnt $12m, 25% of cost of new line gone down the drain.
