the adverts for the more specialised staff had been there for a while.. maybe our smallness nature is failing to attract... i suspect they will want heaps of $... but we are more in the space of ..you will get $s when we are successful and not get huge money at the expence of shareholder like it should be.
another company i hold has made millionaires in is board... yet the company hasn't made any money with no dividends to be seen for 5-10years.... that isn't fair to me... be millionaires when the shareholders are too
