alex1986, yes you are correct that no board of directors can guarantee you success but what most BOD members do is buys skin in the game to show their commitment to the Company and that they will do everything that they can to deliver a successful outcome for its shareholders.
Now what have our DOB done? Ah yes they blamed our then no1 shareholder for delays and even made a veiled threat to dump on market the shares that were given to them by the company if things didn't go their way.
So your view point on that would be appreciated.
