typically the lower layered oils are better quality due to higher temps bacteria etc that break down the hydrocarbon chains cannot survive. This at least one reason why they went for the further drilling program vs just pumping whats in the top layer out first.

so once rigs are done and we know what the larger oil reserves contain we should be pumping more barrels per day per pump based on what happens almost everywhere else on the planet when it comes to oil.

short term pain vs long term gains.. this is AK making the smarter long term call for the business and its shareholders.

If we as shareholders can’t stomach the short term then we don’t deserve the long term.
