Toe is a good investment because it has a defined resource in the ground. Is it a good short term investment? Probably not . It will be worth something to somebody someday . It depends on the investing time frame. Probably not a bad place to put a small allocation of funds as long as you are not expect ing big result fast . It is very cheap at the moment because there is no clear path forward. When sentiment changes and there is political will to advance nuclear power things could start moving . It looks likely things could move that way but it's not happening yet .
