Havent they heavily overpromised in the past; from my experience holding ASR for the last two and a half years, their timeline of December probably means see you in July next year at the earliest.
I hope they come up with very good metallurgy results. Otherwise, there are many other ASX REE stocks with a much much higher ppm than ASR.
