I'm not forgetting Tanzania but the mkt is well aware of African sovereign risk. It seems to me that we all have to expect that any re-rating of STA, with SP appreciation, will be much slower than might be expected based on brokers' reports.

brokers are rarely correct. If market goes up, the general sentiment will take it past projected price and if mkt goes down, it will follow that way. Brokers has just used projected EPS and mkt PE for new projects.
