I note in the quarterly: "A number of complimentary projects were reviewed by the Company and staking opportunities generated."
For basically a shell (mkt cap ~$6 million, cash $2 million) the right project vended in could see this thing fly to 10 cents (=$20 mkt cap) in a flash!
