firstly there's a mathematical limit to how much brine can be processed in a day so having double the plants means we can put less stress on one facility
double capex is somewhat daunting in theory but even paradox phase 1 has a 2 year payback period, then it's running rent free for decades, its like Tesla having multiple giga factories, you gotta spend money to make money
keeps our eggs in separate baskets if there ever was a problem with one facility
if the target is 50 or 100ktpa then two or more facilities is the way to go, a huge operation requires big expansion and hopefully at full potential that whole area is dotted with production facilities, logistics, operations, etc
