CR are just ordinary corporate operations. There is no requirement to pre-announce a plan to raise capital.......they get announced when they are required and good to go.
Previous post not directed at you but rather to potential investors to always be weary of the aim of posters. My aim is to help stabilise the SP ... maybe get potential investors to look at the fundamentals and to be weary of the motives of people talking down the company.
