I think that announcing a dissappointing resource is not bad management . my guess is that they thought it would be better and could raise funds on the back of it. Recently there was big talk of fast tracking the copper , investigating ports and haul rds. It would be bad management to raise 40 mill at these levels. SGQ has experienced the same enthusiastic B/S from the same directors. Pattern forming.
