The Project assets are coming along nicely, Alara so far has spent $53 million dollar with 19 million still available finance to spend. as of right now the assets on the land are worth more than our MC.

Also good to note AHRL has turned a profit for the first time from drilling contracts they received in Oman, looks like Alara for the first time has a million dollars more in the bank account this quarter than previous one.

Even if we don't achieve commissioning by end of June which I don't think we will, still the development is remarkable.
