    I believe one of the main issues is getting the bondholders to agree to push out the amortisation. This can take time to organise but shouldnt be a problem I suspect. operationally cashflow neutral but with some capex. If they sell Tanzania and get the debt holders to agree I suspect there might be another throw of the dice for the equity holders....
