Heavy minerals concentrate (HMC) can still be sold without the Mineral Separation Plant (MSP) running. Running the MSP means separating the HMC into discrete products that are worth more.
If selling HMC is generating net profit, that’s enough to keep the lights on while the ‘operation strategy is updated’
