do you maybe think by advertising this your not just promoting the peeps that want to sell up and get out to finally sell? you advertising does not help the sell side.
either buy it and keep it to yourself, because just maybe and I say just maybe people "mysteriously" buying up bigger might get excited. A bit Of reverse psychology there.
