I did a bit of googling and it means that Y3 is a condensate well that produces gas as well as liquid.
As you showed, the income from the liquid is much higher but we talked about gas only. haha
Y1 would be interesting once it starts producing.

Condensate wells: These wells typically produce raw natural gas along with natural gas liquid with little to no crude oil and are called non-associated gas. Such raw natural gas is often referred to as wet gas.

The revenue of $264,344 is "partially" included in the $1.05
because $132k has been already received as shown on page 13.

1.1 Receipts from customers 132k

Hence,
Total revenue = accrued figure + cash receipt
= $1.05m + $132k
= $1.182m
