Grubs on HC doing there best to force it down on nothing .......
$52 million in available cash down from $76 million in 2022 , what year are we in again ohh yeah 2024 right ........
And a 2 land purchases and 2 project purchases in that time and a substantial derisking of the original project so close close now I can taste it ........... pays to do your own research peeps don't be lazy and listen to the grubs they just want more at a cheaper price .
