If investors here think using the current 30 million credit facility is a good idea, they are mistaken.
I looked them up years ago and there were many instances of disgruntled shareholders over quite a few companies where there share prices crashed as a result of issuing shares to the financer, at the time I warned investors here of what would happen, and as a result any shares issued to the credit facility were dumped on the market and the share price dropped from the 7 to 8 cent level to a low of 1.4 cents that resulted in a devastating emergency cap raise at 1.6 cents then other low ball emergency cap raise placements after that.
I have been invested here long enough to know that if the company issues any shares to the financing facility, it is game over for the share price, holders will be seeing less than 5 cents and may even go below 2 cents a share, these sharks will destroy share holder value if they get placed shares other than buying them on market.
Be warned, do not think that the 30 million credit facility is a good thing.
