I also don't expect that the company will use the credit facility considering what happened last time, it ended up costing long term shareholders massive dilution.
I suspect that the 30 million credit facility is only for show, make investors feal like there is plenty of future funding, when actually there is not, unless they do use the credit facility and risk destroying the share price.
