all it wouldve taken for the please explain is an extra $250k exploration (or other operating outflow) spend which, id take any bet on, he deferred so to appear like they have more than two quarters funding:
opening cash: $5500
test: quarter spend limit to avoid please explain trigger (operating cash): -($1835)
Closing cash: $3,665
quarters left: $3665/1835 = 1.99 (less than 2) = triggers please explain and sends red alert for imminent CR...
instead, only -$1,583 cash (conveniently!) was spent in operating cashflows, a mere $252k difference - bet its on the balance sheet as a payable increase!!!!
funny how the exploration expense dropped by a convenient $1m!!!! prior to this quarter, they were spending almost $1.7m per quarter drilling....
instead it was (-$688k)
dont count on more than 2 quarters.....this ca$h is for useless lithium exploration anyway (ex-admin costs)....good luck finding funds for the REE and other fads he's chasing!!
cap raise in Jul/Aug....almost guaranteed (imho - dyor)!
