my eyes are tired, didn't stretch to the last row of chart,
in saying that cost down 55% ? only done when is all to later, ...one feel at the lower cost had much much higher at 1yr, or promise in FID etc at still much lower,again adn a based on price of $800selling price...we woujld have not shut down, all all those cost of shut down like the$10 hand shake to contractor, and of course the lack of foresight in holding off for over a year to start construction in the first place -stating prices too low, and then we missed out on a year of record pricesand would have near $300 mil in bank
