It means, ASN are burning through $9m per quarter, in a dead lithium market and in a project that is under an environmental halt , with no guarantee it will be lifted.
ASN decided to continue, even though they know the halt is in place, so the responsibility is theirs. In a years time ASN will most likely have no cash and a fully drawn down $30m loan according to last week's quarterly report.
We can all speculate what the above means, let's hope the environmental halt is lilfted.
