He won't answer because like you he is wrong, the ASN Green River Li project is subject to an environmental halt whilst ASN work with the lobbyists and other parties to see if it can be lifted.
in the meantime ASN county to plough big money into the project.
This is why I hope it works out for ASN, but these lobby groups carry a lot of weight, so let's pray it does., otherwise SPUD TT and Cris2184 are gonna be toast
