Yeah I actually do not think a consol is needed either, the reality is there is enough here to get the ship moving and has been enough here for a very very long time. The excuses of delays and all that has to stop as that is a long time ago now.
with the pumps flowing and more gas flowing this will climb with out a doubt. the plain and simple problem is it is not firing on all cylinders.
when that will ever change? who the friggin knows. In this case the Captain needs to start heading in the right direction.
