I agree, a large number of those .008 cent buy orders are from Cboe and they would be hoping that a fellow Cboe holder will dump into their buy orders which happens with regularity on these small cap stocks. e.g. with TEG at 11.32.22 am this morning.
A Cboe seller waited until buys at .006 cents reached a sizeable number and then "bang" wiped the line completely out.
Finally the first buy at .009 cents in nearly 2 hours just happened.
Lets see where price goes now.
