If a bigger entity wants to make an offer, the strategy is to push prices way down, keep it down for a while and come in with a low ball offer. If price is kept at current levels, a T/O offer hostile or otherwise may be pitched at 50% higher - pushing sp back to only 1.2c, well below recent cr levels and some 'expert' will throw their opinions indicating it is fantastic value thus recommend holders to take the offer.

A shonky but great way to acquire another small company for peanuts - a legal steal. Trouble for holders if held for a few years, as value is totally sucked out and destroyed - but the acquirer would be smiling, as a cheap but much higher valued asset is added to their stable via a bargain garage sale.

Waiting to see whether that is in fact what is in play - sadly it may be exactly what is happening but not much anyone here can do to stop such predatory behaviour. Hope to be wrong, as would like to see CUF having a sp multiple from current on it's own accord and for our benefit as holders and avoid 'shark' infestation. AIMO
