You might need to research how ESS deal transpired, you will be hard pressed to find a former ESS or DVP holder that thinks the deal or MIN's involvment panned out well.
Then there's DLI SP circa $1...then MIN came sniffin around took a controlling stake and SP been in free fall since (worse than Li average even).
All I'm saying is be careful what you wish for as far as Big Fish .....we might get a SHARK???
