Basically it looks like the Cambodian projects will be on hold till either the commodities market improves or a JV partner can be found..unlikely in this market.
The licence testing software side of the company could be a bit of a cash cow though. They have increased their cash position last quater by nearly $80,000 so it is not all bad. If they can market and sell this software testing system to several countries then they may be a reasonable buy at the moment. 0.04 cents could easily double if they get some sales of this licence testing software.
